Delhi's hospitals send out SOS over shortage of medical oxygen

A similar alert has been sounded by the Sant Parmanand Hospital located in Delhi's Civil Lines. The vice president of the hospital, Kishan Mittal says the facility only has enough oxygen to last for two hours.
