Dispute over electoral system at Pan African Parliament

Elections at the Pan-African Parliament has been postponed. It will elect new leaders in October, after its sitting descended into chaos. The Southern African delegation wants changes, and is demanding leadership be on a rotational basis. An MP from Zimbabwe says it's high time a Southern African nation takes the reins.
