A person cooked a south Indian delicacy called Uttapam in the open kitchen shop. They put the batter made of lentils and rice on a flat skillet. Then they put chopped onions, tomatoes, peas, and coriander on it and spread the batter with their hand. After making it crispy from one side, the cook put sauce and cheese on it. They served it hot with vegetable curry and south Indian sauces.
