Cameron Norrie defeated Aslan Karatsev 7-5 6-2 in their second round match at the Queen's Club Championships in London on Wednesday.

Both players struggled to find a break in the opening set, with Norrie finally gaining the advantage in the 12th game.

They traded served again in the second set, before Karatsev injured his leg when he landed awkwardly in the fourth game. The Russian lost his pace and Norrie took the advantage to claim the win
