A 19-car train crosses South Africa providing free healthcare for the poor, equipped with all kinds of gear. Described as a godsend for those lacking access to medical services in the country's poor and rural areas, the train is named Phelophepa, meaning "good, clean health" in the Tswana and Sotho languages.
