Teenage boy killed in blaze in southwest Sydney

A teenage boy has died in a house fire at Macquarie Fields in Sydney’s southwest this morning. Emergency services were called to a home on Montana Way at about 1:30, after smoke was seen coming from the two-storey brick home. All occupants were able to escape except for a 14-year-old boy, whose body was found in a bedroom upstairs.
