Domestic 'Large Black' pig at risk of becoming extinct

Globally, every year, breeds of domestic animals, from poultry to pigs become extinct. Most have been simply left behind in the modern race for food production. Australia has already lost three old breeds of pigs, and eight more are classed as critically endangered or vulnerable.
