Arabic :رَبَّنَا لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
Transliteration : Rabbana la tuakhizna in-nasina aw akhta'na

This Dua is mentioned in Surah Al Baqarah verse no. 286 in the Glorious Quran. There is hadith no. 4008 mentioned in sahih al bukhari that the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) said: It is sufficient for one to recite the last two verses of Surah Al Baqarah at night.
