Even after PM' advice, MoS for Health reaches late to office

The day after the biggest cabinet expansion, Prime Minister Modi spoke to his ministers. Advising his new cabinet, PM Modi asked them to avoid making unnecessary statements in the media. He also asked them to learn from the experience of their predecessors. The Prime Minister also advised all the ministers to be punctual and come to office at 9:30 am.
