NSW woman dies from COVID-19 as state records 77 new local infections

In the past 24 hours, New South Wales has recorded 77 locally acquired COVID-19 cases from more than 48-thousand tests. A woman in her 90s from south-west Sydney has died in hospital, while a total of 52 people are now in hospital – 15 of those in intensive care.
