•INGREDIENTS•
1kl chicken
Onion
Garlic
1/4 cup Soy sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tbsp brown Sugar
Oil as needed
water
2 tbsp vinegar
bay leaf
-Sautee onion and garlic
-Put chicken simmer for 20min or until oil of chicken comes out
-Put SoySauce salt pepper bay leaf &1 cup of water cover for 15min
-remove chicken also sauce put in separate bowl
-Same pan put oil ,.put chicken fry for 5min
-then put again sauce vinegar sugar and 1/4 cup water -in high heat -until sauce thickens
daraaaannnn soooo yummy!!!
