Indian cricketer tests Covid positive in UK; Mehul Choksi returns to Antigua after securing bail; more

A player of the Indian cricket team in England has tested positive for Covid -19 and will not be travelling to Durham, where the Indian team is scheduled to assemble on Thursday afternoon and prepare for a three-day warm-up game against a County Championship XI team from July 20. Fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi, who was granted bail by the Dominica High Court on Monday, has reached Antigua for medical treatment. Choksi was granted bail on medical grounds. His health condition includes neurological disorders, heart condition, and diabetes.
