Victoria records 14 new cases with 10 in isolation

Victoria has recorded 14 new locally-acquired cases in the past day with 10 in quarantine during their infectious period. The Victorian Premier, Daniel Andrews, says there's positive signs the lockdown is working, but has called for a "ring of steel" around Sydney to contain any further spread.
