Lithuania faces record migrant influx, calls for EU help

Lithuania is struggling to cope with an unexpected rise in illegal border crossings by migrants from the Middle East and Africa. The government says neighboring Belarus' authoritarian leader Alexander Lukashenko is encouraging the migrants in retaliation for European Union sanctions on his country.
