Ahmad Massoud says ready to fight Taliban if talks fail

The leader of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has rejected the idea of handing over Panjshir province to the Taliban. Ahmad Massoud says he hopes to resolve the issue through negotiations. But, his forces are ready to fight, if the talks fail. The Taliban have surrounded Panjshir.
