Dog Tied to Chair on Porch Off Leash Runs Along With it

The owner of this dog tied them to a chair on the porch with a leash. However, as she walked away, her naughty pet decided to move around and broke a pot. The shattering sound scared them, and they then ran away along with the chair their leash was tied on.
