ANC heads to electoral court

The ANC is heading to the Electoral court today to apply for the reopening of candidate list registration. Registration for the local government elections closed on Monday night. Terry Tselane from the Institute of election management services says he is not surprised because many political parties are uncertain about when the polls will take place. The Constitutional Court is considering an application to postpone the elections to next year because of COVID-19 concerns. Courtesy #DStv403
