Professor says daily COVID numbers become less important with high vax rates

Daily COVID case numbers have been dictating whether states remain in lockdown over the course of the pandemic so far. Professor Stephen Duckett is the Director of the Health Program at Grattan Institute. He says case numbers become less important once vaccination rates are high, as pressure can be taken off the health system.
