The Road Transport Department (JPJ) service counters will be operating at 100% capacity and will allow walk-in clients beginning Sept 6.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said that on Friday (Sept 3), adding that those who want to perform transactions at JPJ counters must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Dr Wee also said that JPJ will cease the online appointment system in favour of walk-ins for fully vaccinated clients at counters, and at the same time, the public is also encouraged to use existing online services on JPJ's mySIKAP or the ones provided by its strategic partners.
