Trash Bags Float on Flooded Streets After Downpour in New York

This borough in New York witnessed a downpour after which its streets got flooded. A few trash bags floated on the streets, interrupting the movement of the traffic. The partially immersed vehicles driving on the flooded streets caused the waves to wash the sidewalk.
