Qld-NSW border communities waiting for states to reach agreement

The hopes of Queensland border residents are pinned on the chance of a border bubble arrangement with New South Wales. Now the southern state is lifting stay-at-home orders for the Tweed and the Ballina Byron region, chances both states can reach a border agreement have been boosted.
