Beta variant in SA remains a concern for UK

The UK does recognise the validity of vaccines administered in South Africa. Acting UK High Commissioner to South Africa Adam Bye says there's been a misunderstanding around the reasons behind SA's red list status. The concern is around vaccine certificates and not the vaccines themselves.
