A recipe filled with aromatic spices and flavourful @Bluetribe Plant-Based Chicken Keema. This lip-smacking dish served with fresh Pavs, lathered with butter is going to amaze your tastebuds!

INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cardamom - 2 to 3 pods
Bay leaves - 2
Cloves - 2 pods
Onions - 2
Salt to taste
Green Chilli - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Tomatoes - 1
Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
Blue Tribe Plant-Based Chicken Keema
Water - 1/2 cup
Pav - 6
Oil - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 to 3 cubes
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add cardamom, bay leaves and cloves into the pan.
3. Add onions and season it with salt to cook it evenly.
4. Add chilli, ginger garlic paste and sauté until onions are nice and brown.
5. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and mix it nicely to avoid burning.
6. Then add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree into the pan. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10 mins.
7. Add 1/4 cup water and cook it for 5-6 mins.
8. Add the Blue Tribe Plant-Based Chicken Keema and mix it well for 5 mins with the masala in the pan.
9. Add some water and cook for 10-12 mins until the Keema is nicely done.
10. Heat a flat pan, add some butter and oil.
11. Slightly toast the Pav until golden brown.
12. Serve and enjoy the hot & crunchy Pav with spicy and tasty Blue Tribe Plant-Based Chicken Keema
