Bihar's Shubham tops UPSC, Bhopal's Jagrati bags AIR-2

Bihar's Shubham Kumar has secured All India first rank in the UPSC 2020. Shubham who hails from Katihar is currently undergoing training at the National Academy of Defence Financial Management (NADFM), Pune. While speaking to Aaj Tak correspondent, Shubham Kumar shared his contentment over his achieving laurels. Last year, Shubham bagged 290th rank in the UPSC examination, after which he was selected for the Indian Defense Accounts Services service and is currently undergoing training in Pune. Shubham is 24 years old and has topped the UPSC exam in his third attempt. On the other hand, Jagriti Awasthi of Bhopal has secured the second position. Jagriti said that she has a desire to contribute something better to the rural development. Watch this video.
