India has been called Vishwaguru and now in today's political era, there is talk of making India Vishwaguru again, but when it comes to Times World University Rankings, no institute of India can make a place even in the first 300 institutions of higher education because Governments create a crisis on the employment of even post-graduate degree holders. Youngsters who have passed IIT, NIT, the biggest examination of engineering, are asking for their right against being left out of favor instead of merit.
