'October 1, 2021, wasn't exactly a great day for Chloe Kennedy but it was definitely a memorable one if this clip is any indication.

Funny footage filmed on a security camera at Chloe's workplace shows her falling through a trap door.

"I had a little accident at work," the subject stated. "Thankfully, I got away with only a few injuries."

Even though one of Chloe's coworkers does her best to save her, it appears that most of the damage was already done by that point.

This ouch-inducing fail occurred in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
