'Better Christmas’ seen this year as major cities hit vax targets—Duterte

The Philippines is on track to having a “better Christmas” this year as the country ramps up its coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccination program, President Duterte said, noting that major cities are hitting their targets of inoculating at least 50 percent of their population.
