Clive Palmer loses court battle to sue Western Australia

The high court has thrown out Clive Palmer's latest legal stoush with the West Australian Government over his bid to develop his Balmoral South iron ore project in the Pilbara. The dispute has raged for years, with mediation and court action, before it finally reached the high court.
