ACT to allow quarantine-free travel to Sydney from November 1

The ACT will remove NSW from its list as a COVID-19 affected area and allow quarantine-free travel to the state from November 1. This comes after the ACT reached 80 percent double dose vaccinations of its population aged 12 and above.
