This week Chef @anahitadhondy is serving the flavours of Asia on your plate with her Asian Style Chicken Nuggets recipe!

A delightful dish tossed in tangy orange & sesame flavours, made with @bluetribeofficial Plant-Based Chicken Nuggets, served with sautéed veggies & sticky rice!

Ingredients:

Sesame Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Blue Tribe Plant-Based Chicken Nuggets
Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic - 2 tbsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp
Chopped Onions - 3 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp
Water
Orange Juice - 1/2 orange
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
Bok Choy - 1
Snow Peas - 4 to 5
A dash of Water
A pinch of Salt
Sticky Rice
Garnish with Sesame Seeds & Spring Onions

Method:

For Asian Style Chicken Nuggets -

1. In a pan heat some sesame oil
2. Add Blue Tribe Plant-Based Chicken Nuggets to the pan and fry until golden brown
3. In the same pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, onions and sauté
4. Then add tomato sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar into the pan and let it cook
5. Add some water and let it simmer
6. Add fresh orange juice into the pan
7. Cut the nugget pieces into halves and add them into the prepared sauce

For Stir Fried Vegetables -

1. In a pan add some sesame oil and chopped garlic
2. Add bok choy stems and snow peas
3. Lightly season it with salt and toss the vegetables
4. Add a little bit of water to give it a steaming hot effect
5. Add the bok choy leaves and let it cook for 1 min
6. Serve the Asian Style Chicken Nuggets with stir fried veggies and sticky rice
7. Garnish it with sesame seeds, some spring onion and its ready!
