Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday launched free WiFi in New Delhi. The scheme, however, was launched on a day when authorities suspended mobile Internet, voice calls and messaging services in parts of the national capital in view of anti-Citizenship Act protests.
