Kind Stranger Offers Wagon to Owner After His Dog Gets Too Tired to Walk

This dog got too tired to move while they had gone for a walk with their owner. A stranger spotted them as their owner was struggling to get them to walk. The kind onlooker then offered a wagon to their owner to carry them home.
