Is Israel a state?
Each state will decide whether or not to recognize Israel on the basis of its own ideals
and interests, but first look at whether Israel can be declared a state under
international law.
Under international law, a state is made up of three things. Territory, border and urban.
The issue of territories is that Israel is violating UN rules and is not ready to
evacuate the occupations. The issue of borders is that it is the only state in the world
which has not yet formally declared its borders. The point is that instead of declaring
the people in the country citizens, it has been declared that wherever there is a Jew in
the world, he is a citizen of Israel. That is, Israel does not meet all three conditions
of statehood.
When Israel became a member of the United Nations, three conditions were imposed on it.
First, he will not change the status of Jerusalem. Second: It will allow the expelled
Arabs to return.
Third, it will not cross its borders. But Ben-Gurion, standing there in New York, said
that the state of Israel considers the UN resolution of November 29, 1947, null and void.
"We are not obliged to determine the boundaries of our state," Moshe Dayan wrote in a
column published in the Jerusalem Post on August 10, 1967, as if he had violated all
three conditions. On the basis of which he was made a member of the United Nations.
Former French Deputy Speaker Roger Grady's book, The Founding Methods of Israeli Policy,
could be very useful in understanding the issue. It was the book on which he was fined
2.5 million francs and imprisoned in France. Further publication was banned. At one
point, the author of more than 70 books, a former member of the French parliament, a
member of the French Communist Party's Central Working Committee, and a PhD student in
Theory of Knowledge. This neo-Muslim intellectual did not tolerate any newspaper article.
Grady claims that Israel is a state that does not believe in borders and that aggression
is the basic principle of its strategy. For Israel, it has the status of a religious
belief that the region from the Nile to the Euphrates was created by God Almighty. And
now it is the religious duty of the children of Israel to occupy this area. This is what
the Jews have written in the scriptures wrongly attributed to Prophet Moses (peace be
upon him). Modern research, however, has now proved that these scriptures have nothing to
do with Moses. Grady says that all Zionists, even atheists and atheists, claim that
Palestine has been ordained by God.
In his book Zionism against Israel, Nathan Winstock writes that since this country is a
gift from God, we do not need any justification for its existence. It is simply ours.
Moshe Dayan's position in the Jerusalem Post of August 10, 1967, is also important that
if one has the Torah, he must occupy all the lands mentioned in the Torah. Remember that
this is called the concept of Biblical Land and despite this not only Palestine
