Should Kent Police be allowed to seize bikes from children?

Kent Police have warned young cyclists In Kent that they could have their bikes removed from them if they're caught peddling dangerously.

This comes after around 70 young people were seen weaving through traffic on push-bikes, and performing tricks on Maidstone's roads.
