Kent remembers its role in the Normandy Landings

On the 6th of June, 1944, or more commonly known as D Day, Allied troops landed on Northern France's beaches. Professor Tim Luckhurst has been looking back at those dramatic events where Kent was effectively the frontline for the battle.
