Prince of Wales Terrace closed after man believed to have fallen from Queens Flats in Deal

Police have sealed off part of a road after a man is believed to have fallen from a block of flats.

Prince of Wales Terrace by Deal Castle has been cordoned off while emergency services deal with the incident.
