Oxford University hopeful from Kent tries to raise money for powered wheelchair

Hannah Bullard's liver condition Budd-Chiari affects only one in a million. That combined with a connective tissue disorder means she can only walk with aids. She is trying to raise £10,000 for a powered wheelchair to enable her to live more independently and go to university.
