New super hospital plans threaten Kent A&E departments

Two East Kent hospitals could potentially lose their A&E and maternity departments.

Plans have been unveiled to build a state of the art facility in Canterbury, but both the William Harvey hospital in Ashford and the QEQM in Margate could be affected if plans go ahead.
