RSPCA scheme to help young people with troubled backgrounds

Paws 4 change, hopes to teach young people how to take care of their dogs in a responsible way.

At the charity's Animal Centre in Leybourne, they hope that a nine-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier can help people, as well as find a new home.
