top tips for your Christmas Tree

1. Choose your tree – think about your space and taste - variety, size, shape, colour, bushiness, scent
2. Buy your tree early to get the pick of the crop.

3. Remove your tree from its netting as soon as you get it home to ensure it keeps its gorgeous shape.

4. Hydration – keep your tree watered, then check and top it up daily as needed, be sure to also keep away from radiators in a cool spot.

5. Cut 2-3cm off the trunk of the tree to ensure it can lap up that water.

6. Speak to your local council about picking up and recycling your tree.

7. If you have a pot-grown tree – water very well throughout the Christmas period, after Christmas, transfer it to a bigger pot and keep it in the garden somewhere sheltered and surrounded by light.
