101 Omicron cases reported across 11 states in country

During a media briefing of the Union Health Ministry on the current Covid situation on December 17, Joint Secretary Lav Agarwal informed that 101 Omicron cases have been reported across 11 states in the country.
“The case positivity for the last one week was 0.65%. New daily cases were recorded below 10,000 for the past 20 days...There are 101 Omicron cases across 11 states in the country,” said Lav Agarwal.
