Woman with Down Syndrome receives her Bachelor's degree

Adelaide woman Rachel High is believed to be the first person living with Down Syndrome to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Australia. She says she wants others to take her achievement as proof that with the right support, people living with intellectual and cognitive disabilities can attain academic success.
