PhonePe Fail To Fetch Bank Account Detail How to Solve This Problem ? Two Problem Mainly
The error message “error fetching bank accounts “ itself is self explanatory.This error comes when BHIM app is unable to fetch details of your bank accounts. This happens due to one of below mention issues.
Wrong mobile no : In case of dual sim mobiles it happens many times that user registered on BHIM app with sim1 and Sim2is registered in bank. Solution uninstall the app and register with sim which is registered bin your bank.
Wrong bank name: sometimes while selecting bank name users accidentally choose the bank where they didn't jave any bank account.Solution try agian by selecting proper bank name,hope you will get success.
Account level issue: Sometimes it may happen that account is marked as dormant or closed.Solution If you are able to do transactions in your account via any other channel like debit card ,mobile banking,internet banking etc.. then this is not issue with you,if not then visit yoir branch for necessary action.
