US Sends Aid Package To Afghanistan

The United States is sending more than $300 million US pulled out last August. The country previously relied on other nations for 80% of its budget. Now it can no longer fund hospitals and schools. The U. S. Aid package is just a fraction of what the U. N. Says is needed with Afghanistan on the brink of a humanitarian crisis. Today we are launching an appeal for $4.4 billion 2022. This is the largest ever appeal for a single country for humanitarian assistance. Without this being funded, there won't be a future.
