Relaxing Yoga for Protection. Props needed -
1 or 2 blankets. The intention is to connect to the feeling of safety and being protected. Surrounding ourselves with the powerful energy of protection. The class is great for all levels and suitable for complete beginners. It is light and relaxing. We will be doing many passive stretches such as a passive heart - chest opening pose, a passive inversion -hips and legs elevated, a passive backbend, mild forward bends and a face massage.
