Delhi-NCR witnessed drizzling rain with cold waves

Delhi witnessed a change in weather conditions. Dark clouds were seen last night and it has been drizzling since morning. The rain has brought down the mercury again. Due to rain, the cold has once again knocked in the capital. Watch this ground report from Delhi.
