Will chop off arms of those who out hands on hijab, says SP leader Rubina Khanum

Jumping into the ongoing Karnataka hijab row, Samajwadi Party leader Rubina Khanum made a controversial statement saying, "will cut off the arms of those who put hands on hijab."
