Vanilla Boy: Tomorrow Is Another Day (2016)

Tomoki Ota seems like an ordinary high school student. He belongs to the surfing club at his school in Tochigi Prefecture (which doesn't have any bodies of water around it). In reality, he is a figure of national importance and world peace is maintained by Tomoki spending his days without anything happening.
