The Prince of Wales has visited Winchester, where he officially opened The Arc - the city's new cultural centre and saw a new statue of 'Licoricia of Winchester'. Prince Charles was meant to unveil the sculpture of the mediaeval Jewish figure earlier this month but was forced to withdraw at the 11th hour after returning a positive Covid test on the morning of his proposed visit.
