इस साल होलिका दहन 17 मार्च दिन गुरुवार को है. होलिका दहन फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा की रात में करते हैं. होलिका दहन के लिए पहले से ही तैयारी की जाती है. इसके लिए अपने घर के पास के चौराहे या पार्क में लकड़ियां, गोबर की उप्पले, कंडे आदि एकत्र किए जाते हैं. फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा की रात शुभ मुहूर्त में विधि विधान से पूजा करते हैं और फिर होलिका दहन करते हैं.
